For the 2025-26 school year, financial aid applications and the financial need analysis for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls will, once again, be processed by FACTS. Applications will be available starting October 1, 2024!!
How to Apply:
– Go to https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
– Follow the instructions to complete an online financial aid application, using your 2022 tax information
– The Financial Aid Committee will review requests for tuition assistance from students accepted by St. Hubert after the online financial aid application and $30 fee have been submitted
*****For the Class of 2029, completed applications, which include tax documentation, received by 12/31/2024 should have a financial aid decision before January 15, 2025.********
Families of current students will be advised of Financial Aid decisions by March-April 2025!!

Who may apply for financial aid?
Incoming families may apply for financial aid. Current families need to re-apply annually. FACTS applications open October 1, 2024
Will a financial aid application affect my students acceptance at SH?
Qualified students are accepted to SH without regard to the family's financial situation.
Is financial aid the same as a merit scholarship?
No. A merit scholarship is based on specific achievement and you need to apply to be considered for a merit scholarship. A student receiving a merit scholarship may still apply for financial aid.
Is there a discount for more than one student at SH at the same time?
Currently, their is a discount for more than two students in a family attending an Archdiocesan High School.
How are financial aid decisions made?
Families apply online through FACTS. FACTS analyzes the application, including the 2023 tax documents. FACTS makes a recommended award amount to St. Hubert Financial Aid Committee. Financial Aid Committee reviews the recommendation from FACTS along with information submitted by the family for final determination.
What are the deadlines for financial assistance and when will families be notified?
Incoming freshman Class of 2029:
- The deadline to complete the application is December 31, 2024
- No decision will be made without proper tax documents.
- Completed applications by 12/31/2024 should have a financial aid decision by or before January 15, 2025
Current families:
- FACTS applications received by December 31, 2024 will receive a discount towards their registration fee of $50.
- No decision will be made without proper tax documents.
- Completed FACTS applications will receive notification awards April 2025
Is my initial financial aid award automatically renewed each year?
Financial aid awards are made on a yearly basis. Families requesting financial aid are required to submit an application each year. St. Hubert strives to maintain award amounts each year based on funding available.
