Students who test positive for COVID-19 must isolate for 5 days from the date of testing.
We recommend the student wear a mask for 5 days after returning to school.
If a student is exposed to COVID-19 at home, she may continue to attend school.
If she develops symptoms, she must not attend school and test for the virus.
To keep students safe, we have continued to treat the school daily with a sanitizing spray and also kept the hand sanitizers throughout the school, including the gym, cafeteria and auditorium.
We encourage students to follow respiratory etiquette by covering their nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing and washing hands or using hand sanitizer when their hands have touched their mouth or nose.
We ask that students who have symptoms for COVID-19 not attend school and to test for the illness.
If a student exhibits symptoms of COVID-19 while in school on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, our nurse, Barbara Pacitti, will test.
On Tuesdays and Thursday students with symptoms will be sent home with a testing kit.
