Welcome From the Principal

Welcome to Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls, where girls “become women of faith and integrity.” As the principal, I am blessed to be part of such an amazing place. Caring and dedicated administrators and teachers work diligently to prepare students for their boundless future, limited only by what they haven’t imagined yet. We endeavor to provide the 21st Century learner with the skills she will need to succeed and contribute as she moves forward.  

Saint Hubert first and foremost seeks to foster the growth of the Catholic faith, and provide students with a moral compass to guide them. Retreats, clubs and activities allow students to deepen their faith and become practicing and contributing Catholics. Through faith, students realize their God given gifts and learn how to use them to better themselves and the community. 

Academically, Saint Hubert is second to none.  Opportunities abound for every girl to explore areas of interest through many electives, in addition to a rigorous core curriculum. Courses in math, science and the humanities including Anatomy and Physiology, Psychology, Current Events, Child Development, Nutrition, Textiles, Law and Society, and Human Geography expand the horizons. Many Advanced Placement courses and Dual Enrollment programs provide students with college credit while still in high school. Four year programs in art, music, and world languages round out the curriculum. 

Colleges and the business community agree that quality writing skills are essential for high school graduates. To that end, five years ago all departments collaborated in the design and implementation of two unique cross curricular writing programs into the required coursework. Students graduate well prepared for the writing demands of their future, with practical experience in all types of writing, and a four year writing portfolio to prove it!
