Admission Steps and Criteria

At St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls, we realize that the application process can sometimes be overwhelming. The Admissions Office is here to guide you through the process and is happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have along the way. We realize that the forms, deadlines, interviews and tours seem endless, but our aim is to get to know your family as you learn more about who we are. As you complete the application, enjoy the process of telling us about your family and daughter. We are excited that you have chosen to apply to St. Hubert and look forward to discovering who you are and helping you to navigate a  successful journey over the coming months. 9th Grade Applicants

9th Grade Applicants 

St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls requires several key pieces of information from every incoming  9th grader:

APPLICATION 
Please submit completed Application Form and $125 application/registration fee.     *Check the website for important dates with discountded application fee 

 SCHOOL RECORDS 
Please fill out the Transcript Request Form provided in this packet. St. Hubert will send over to your grade school the request of your student records

STUDENT SHADOW DAY 
All students interested in St. Hubert are welcome to come spend a day with us. Our shadow program begins in November.            

 FINANCIAL AID
Some financial Aid forms become available as early as October, others may not be available until January 1st. Deadlines vary please check out the the scholarship and financial aid section.

APPLICATION DEADLINE
While we do accept applications all year. It is important to
 submit the application as soon as possible. Students who 
apply early get the first choice of language, and fine arts
courses.  It is also important when it comes to tracking. We want
our students to be placed in the proper track, so we invite all 8th grade teachers and their principals to help us place our students. It is important to have students enrolled prior to that meeting.

All applications must be accompanied by a $125 non-refundable application fee.

Transfer Applicants

Transfer Applicants

Transferring to St. Hubert from another high school, which generally happens at the end of a school year, or the end of a quarter/semester,  is a big decision for a family to make.  We appreciate the importance of this decision and strive to make the process as clear as possible. 

If you wish to be considered for transfer admission, please contact  Annemarie Szambelak, Director of Admissions at 215-624-6840 ext 258 or via email aszambelak@huberts.org.  St. Hubert’s goal is for your daughter to be happy in her high school choice and to ensure that St. Hubert will be a good “fit” for her.


Application Process

St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls requires key pieces of information from every transfer applicant: Transfer students must be in good academic standing and have sufficient credits for their grade level. An application form must be submitted to the admissions office and must be accompanied by a copy of the student transcripts to include grades, test results, conduct, and attendance record. The Admissions office will contact you if  any part of the application is missing.

 APPLICATION: Completed Application Form, with copy of report cards,  and $50 application fee.
(Application Fee is Non-Refundable)  

TRANSCRIPTS
Transcripts of completed first semester grades of the Date release given to present school application year as well as grades from the previous year. (Conduct and attendance history are also reviewed.)

At your current school, request that your school records be faxed or mailed to St. Hubert Director of Admissions.  Use the Transcript Request Form 
 
PERSONAL INTERVIEW 
After application is submitted , the Director of Admissions will call to set-up your interview
