St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls offers an array scholarships and need-based tuition assistance to qualified students.
St. Hubert awards financial assistance based on need as determined by the SmartAid application. In order for a student to be considered for financial aid, parents/guardians must first submit the St. Hubert application for admission as well as the SmartAid application. SmartAid will then send a report to St. Hubert based on the information provided by your application and supporting documents. The first deadline for the Smart Aid Application is December 31, 2016. The Ellis Grant (Charles E. Ellis Foundation)
The Charles E. Ellis Foundation provides grants to girls who have financial need and meet the criteria set by the Ellis Foundation. Eligibility is limited to qualified female students in good academic standing, who reside in Philadelphia, live in a one-parent house-hold and request assistance. All applications must be sent by the applicant to Philadelphia Futures, who determine which students are eligible. Applications may be submitted January 1, 2017 and the deadline is March 1, 2017.

Some EITC money that is designated to our school is distributed through the Bridge Foundation. The School is responsible for sending the applications of those eligible to the Bridge Foundation. Please attach an IRS Federal Form 1040 for each adult living in the household. If you are not required to submit a 1040, you must submit a copy of this letter that must be notarized and attached to your Bridge Application.

Maguire Foundation Scholars
The Maguire Foundation, in partnership with the Faith in the Future Foundation, will award per-year scholarships to at least six students in each of the eighteen qualifying Philadelphia-area Catholic High Schools. The current program is specific to Freshmen entering the Class of 2020 as of Fall 2016. The scholarship is renewable for each of the four years of high school, given that the Maguire Scholar maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0, or the equivalent thereof as specified by the Office of Catholic Education, completes service hours and attends programs offered by the Maguire Foundation.

St. Hubert offers 25-30 academic scholarships per year. Scholarships range from $500-$4500 per year for all four years. These scholarships are based on performance on the St. Hubert scholarship test.

Parents' Association Scholarships
The Parent Association is offering a limited amount of $1,000.00 scholarships to current St. Hubert students. To be eligible for this scholarship, you must complete, sign and return the form to the Main Office by May 1, 2017. If your answers require additional space, feel free to use the reverse side, but do not attach any pages to this form. The Marie Huff Memorial Scholarship
The Marie Huff Memorial Scholarship was established by Marie’s family to honor her memory. The scholarship will be awarded each year to a current student selected by Marie’s family.

The Stamatios Burpulis Memorial Art Scholarship
Accomplished artist Stamatios “Nick" Burpulis, husband of Marianne Sisco Burpulis '67 and father of Marisa Burpulis '02 passed away in March 2012. Many of Nick's pieces can be seen on and around the campus of St. Hubert. One of his most notable and recognizable works to our community is the kneeling sculpture of St. Hubert in front of the deer that has been on display in the courtyard next to the main entrance for over 20 years. In appreciation for Nick's passion for and love of art, a memorial scholarship was established in his name in the Spring of 2012. The Stamatios Burpulis Memorial Art Scholarship is open to incoming freshman for the class of 2018, who demonstrate excellence in and passion for, artistic endeavors that can be supported by the St. Hubert Art Program. The deadline for submissions for the Art Scholarship is January 30, 2016.

Instrumental & Vocal Music Scholarships
The Instrumental Music Scholarship is open to incoming freshman for the Class of 2020 who demonstrate excellence in and passion for music endeavors that can be supported by the St. Hubert Music Program.
The Vocal Music Scholarship is open to incoming freshman for the Class of 2020 who demonstrate excellence in and passion for vocal music endeavors that can be supported by the St. Hubert Music Program. Students who are awarded a voice scholarship participate in choral groups and cantor for school assemblies and recitals.

Children of Philadelphia Police Officers who attend St. Hubert or Father Judge High School are eligible to apply.
Daniel Sweeney Memorial Scholarship
The Daniel Sweeney Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to honor Firefighter Daniel Sweeney, a graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School, Class of 2005. The scholarship fund was established through kind-hearted citizens who have sent the Sweeney family money in his honor. The purpose of the fund is to assist families whose children are attending an Archdiocesan High School. This scholarship is open to all students, without regard to race, gender, national origin or religious beliefs. The intent of this scholar is to help families with the education of their children.
