We are excited that your child(ren) are considering Saint Hubert and look forward to helping you throughout the Admissions process. Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls supports and nurtures each student as she continues to develop her full potential as a woman of faith and integrity, through personal growth, learning, and service to others. Since opening our doors in 1941, Saint Hubert is the largest Catholic girls’ high school in Philadelphia. We draw students from over 50 elementary schools in surrounding neighborhoods and every section of Philadelphia, the suburbs of Bucks and Montgomery counties, and Southern New Jersey.

Class of 2028
Step One: Apply to Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls
Please submit your application through the Application Portal. This portal will allow you to apply to Saint Hubert, upload documents, as well as track your progress on your applicant checklist.
Step Two: Submit a Request for Academic Records
All applicants applying to the Class of 2027 must submit the items below. To issue acceptance, we must receive your official records from your current school. To have records sent to us, please use this Record Release Form.
- Completed Application
- Final 7th Grade Report Card
- Most recent 8th Grade Report Card/Progress Report
- Standardized test results
- Any applicable curriculum modifications (IEP, 504 plan, etc)
Step Three: Admissions Decision
Applications are reviewed throughout the year. Each application will be reviewed upon completion. At any time you can visit the application portal to review your checklist and to check the status of your application. Upon review of your application, you will receive an email of your Admissions decision.
Step Four: Registration Fee
Accepted students have the opportunity to enroll at a discounted rate o $150 until December 31, 2022. After this the registration fee increases to $200.
Step Five: Affording Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls
We are committed to making Saint Hubert affordable for all families. We encourage each family to submit a FACTS financial aid application. Only families who complete a FACTS financial aid application can be considered for financial aid. Transfer Students
Step One: Apply to Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls

All transfer applicants applying must submit the items below, using the Application Portal. To have records sent to us, please use this Record Release Form

Step Three: Interview
The Admissions Department will contact you in regards to scheduling an interview with the Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs.
Step Four: Admissions Decision

Upon review of your application you will receive an email of your Admissions decision.
